My Story

I am an entrepreneur whose life took an unexpected and transformative turn following a tragedy. This deeply personal loss ignited a passion within me to help others navigate the complexities of grief, leading me to become a grief coach. My journey has been one of profound learning and growth, as I pursued to understand not only my own pain but also how I could support others in finding renewed purpose and meaning in their lives after loss.

Grief changes you. It can feel like you are carrying an unbearable weight, making even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. After losing my husband, I struggled to find support that truly resonated with me. I found myself searching for guidance, understanding, and a way to move forward without guilt. That search led me to grief coaching.

Now, as a grief coach, I help others who are feeling lost, isolated, or unsure of how to process their pain. I believe that grief is not something to “get over” but something we learn to live with in a way that honors our loved ones and ourselves.

My coaching is deeply personal, combining coping strategies with lived experience to provide the empathy and tools needed for healing. Whether you need space to talk, practical strategies, or support in rediscovering life after loss, I am here for you.

It was through my own experience of loss that I began to understand grief

not as one overwhelming wave, but as something that reshapes you in six

distinct layers — your Self, your Relationships, your Body, your sense of Time,

your Meaning, and your Presence in the world.

That understanding became the foundation of everything I do.

The Six Layers of Grief is not a theory I studied.

It is something I lived — and continue to navigate.
